❗️❗️Please read before every visit as government guidelines update frequently for Salons.

What you need to know before your appointment….

If you or a member of your household are showing either a
• new continuous cough
• a high temperature of 37.8 or greater
• loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia) please do not attend your hair appointment and reschedule for another date.

If returning from a country where the Government asks you to self quarantine please telephone the salon to reschedule your appointment for after the recommended time

You will be required to be near the salon at least 5 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled

Please wear a face mask unless exempt. If you do not wish to get hair colour stain on your favourite mask we sell disposable priced at £1.

If you do need to bring a small bag, please could you also bring a plastic bag to put this in before you come into the salon and please keep it with you at all times. Please do not bring in any extra bags of shopping, etc.

Your stylist will be taking your temperature on arrival for your appointment. Please do not be offended by this request.

We will be providing disposable gowns for your use during your time in the salon. You will be shown the designated areas for hand washing and hand sanitiser stations.

When you come for your appointment you must come alone, please do not bring children, pets or other family members with you unless need aid.

There is no waiting area and so your stylist will show you straight to your chair.

All stylists will be wearing protective clothing for your appointment, which will include an disposable apron, mask, visor or goggles.

Each clients chair & station will be sanitised between appointments and new sterile equipment will be used for each client.

Refreshments of tea coffee or water will be served in a disposable cups, please note to take care as hot drinks retain the heat in the cups. If you wish to bring your own refreshment please take your container home after use.

We will not be offering magazines to read. If you wish you may bring your own tablet as WiFI provided.

Reception desk has a Perspex screen and you will be able to pay and make new appointments through this. All methods of payment are still received.

We will not be offering head shoulder neck massage at this current time.

We have missed your hugs but unfortunately we have to keep virtual hugs only.

All of the above guidelines are imposed by the Government and is certainly a very different way of working for Kensington but we hope that in the very near future our the rules will be relaxed.
